Joy provides 1:1, day-long sessions centered on your unique learning experience. This training is a blend of instruction, direct experience, and hands-on practice, with opportunities for reflection and open discussion. Sessions typically run from 9am-3pm with mini-breaks and a lunch break. 

The Level I Placement (Attunement) introduces you to Reiki energy and the practice of self-healing. This foundational training allows you to channel Reiki for personal use and begins your relationship with this transformative energy.
