Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Level I and Level II Attunement and Practitioner Training

Joy provides 1:1 Level I and Level II Attunement and training in two separate day long immersion sessions. As Joy personally tailors the attunement process to you, length of the immersive will vary. Typically each training will be 6-8 hours, beginning in the morning and includes mini breaks and time for lunch.

Joy creates a safe and supportive atmosphere that is guided by collaboration. The training will be part instruction, direct experience and practice with Reiki, open discussion and time for reflection.

Reiki is for everyone. No prior experience with Reiki is necessary. If you are called to it, then Reiki has already begun!

Level 1 Attunement

The Level 1 Attunement is the initiation into energy healing with Reiki. This first energy attunement gives individuals the ability to channel Reiki and apply it to themselves. This is where you discover and begin to build your own personal relationship with Reiki.

• Reiki Experience and Level 1 Attunement
• Learn the history and guiding Reiki ideals
• Learn about the nature of Reiki energy and attunement process
• Learn about the three pillars of Reiki
• Learn about the subtle energy body and chakra system
• Review traditional hand positions and intuitive methods of giving yourself Reiki
• Learn simple breathing and meditation techniques to enhance your Reiki self practice
• Explore how to develop a daily self Reiki practice, including practical uses and spiritual development
• Learn an energy clearing technique
• Self practice sessions
• The Healing Touch Reiki Level I and II Degree Manual
• Continued mentorship and support

Level II Attunement

As you continue to practice and build your relationship with Reiki, you might be guided to become a Reiki II Practitioner. This level enables you to provide Reiki healing sessions to others. During the Level II experience, you will receive an additional energy attunement and be activated to use three Reiki energy symbols. This will expand and enhance your own Reiki practice, enable you to give Reiki to others, and send Reiki over distances.

• Reiki Experience and Level II Attunement
• Level II Energy Symbols-learn their nature, applications and methods of activation
• Review the traditional hand positions and the Hayashi healing guide
• Learn and practice additional Japanese Reiki treatment techniques to develop your practice
• Learn about and explore sending distance Reiki
• Learn about the clair senses, receiving higher guidance and developing inner listening
• Discussion on higher self- soul and spirit, levels of consciousness, spiritual experiences
• Discussion on providing Reiki to others; conducting sessions, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines
• Practice sessions
• Continued mentorship and support
