Class Descriptions
Gentle Soul Hatha
This class has the same focus as Soul Hatha but a gentler slowed down version physically. You’ll have time to mindfully move through transitions and be guided into modifications and adjustments so you can comfortably explore your practice. This class is suited for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
Soul HathaÂ
Explore a complete Hatha practice blended with insights from ayurveda. Joy looks to the rhythms of the seasons to create classes that will best balance your body and mind. All classes are sure to build strength, stability, flexibility, and skill while developing inner focus with breath awareness. You’ll be led through mellow flow sequences and exploration of some of the deeper energetics of yoga. This class is best suited for those with some yoga experience to seasoned practitioners.Â
Soul Deep Stretch and Meditation
A yin-inspired practice to soften, unwind, and return to yourself. This class weaves together gentle stretching, somatic movement, and meditation to release tension, support the joints and connective tissue, and settle the nervous system. We move slowly and with awareness, allowing space to feel and integrate.
