Soulfire Reiki offers a calming, sacred space for balance and renewal. Rooted in Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna® World Peace Reiki, Joy’s sessions support the whole being—body, mind, and energy field.
Reiki, meaning “spiritually guided life force,” helps restore natural flow and coherence. It works gently yet deeply, inviting your system back into harmony.
What to Expect
Each session is uniquely guided. Whether from a distance or within the quiet space of the Soulfire Studio, Joy holds a field of calm where you can rest fully dressed—on a table, chair, or floor mat—and simply receive.
Through light touch or work within the energy field, Reiki helps shift the body into the parasympathetic nervous system—the natural “rest and restore” mode. In this state, breath softens, tension releases, and your innate healing response activates.
Sessions may also include sound, breath awareness, or gentle guided practices.
For All Beings: Animal Reiki
Animals respond beautifully to Reiki’s calming presence. It can ease anxiety, support healing, or offer peace during transitions.
Joy offers in-person (Abiquiú area) or distance sessions. Always gentle, always respectful—led by the animal’s comfort and consent.
All beings great and small are welcome in this healing circle.
Ceremony & Space Clearing
Joy also offers Reiki-infused blessings and energetic clearings for homes, studios, and land. These sessions help clear old energy, welcome new beginnings, and create grounded, intentional spaces.

- Visitor Rate: $95
- On-Site Reiki Session (Joy comes to you, Abiquiú area): $150
- Animal Reiki (virtual or onsite) sliding scale: $50 - $150

Joy is committed to making Reiki accessible to all. She offers free and community Reiki events throughout the year and welcomes conversation around sliding scale or energy exchange when needed.
